My career started as a fine art photographer in 1999 using the camera as a tool to capture the experience of life. Vibrant color, humor, an eye for light and the ability to frame the image are common threads throughout my photographs. My ability of transcending the mundane moments in life that we would normally pass by are paralleled  with intimate moments with friends & lovers.

My talent has allowed me to cross over into the musical and advertising fields. I have taken my ability of capturing a moment into making moments happen between my subjects and myself. Precisely what makes my pictures compelling.

While my subjects may be given some direction, what unfolds before the camera can't always be predicted. I create the conditions and allow my subjects natural behavior, facial expressions and body movement to surface allowing a collaborative to happen between photographer and subjects built on trust.
